On Jacksonville’s booming, desirable southeast side, only a few miles east of the U.S. Highway 98 and Philips Highway (also known as U. S. 1) interchange, which is just south of Interstate 295 — Jacksonville’s beltway. ICI Homes’ exact address here is 12174 Mariposa Avenue.
EverRange is a true home on the range, rising from 1,000 acres that once housed cattle, with much of the landscape still offering open vistas punctuated with coastal forests. Fifty percent of that won’t be touched, providing future EverRange residents plenty of room for trails, parks and expansive green space.
And, EverRange will be EV-friendly, offering community paths that can accommodate electric vehicles along with pedestrians, cyclists and other users.
In progress, the amenity center will feature resort-style facilities such as social and gathering spaces, playgrounds, dog parks, pickleball courts, a swimming pool, splash pad, and a pond for fishing.
Future additions include a town center, mixed-use development and road extensions.
