ICI Homes Earns Two Silver Awards at The Nationals 2025

We are proud to share exciting news from the NAHB’s The Nationals 2025 competition. ICI Homes has been recognized with two Silver Awards, placing both entries among the top finalists in the country. With more than 1,100 submissions reviewed by a panel of 16 industry jurors, earning a Silver Award means each entry is now a nominee for the prestigious Gold Award, which will be presented on February 17 in Orlando.

These honors highlight our commitment to building strong communities, inspiring connection, and making a positive impact across Florida.ICI Homes Earns Two Silver Awards at The Nationals 2025 - The Nationals

Celebrating Community Spirit: ICI Homes for Hope

ICI Homes earned a Silver Award in the Building Industry Community Spirit Award category for the ICI Homes for Hope initiative. This special project united our team, trade partners, and local organizations to build and sell a showcase home that generated 210,000 dollars for the Greater Gainesville region.

Four local charities each received 52,500 dollars. These included the Norman Fixel Institute for Neurological Diseases at UF Health, Junior Achievement of Alachua County, the Pace Center for Girls Alachua, and the Rex and Brody Foundation. Each organization supports vital work in research, education, empowerment, and youth development. One donation was presented on what would have been Rex Reinhart’s eighteenth birthday, adding heartfelt meaning to the moment.

The program’s success reflected the generosity of the building community and demonstrated how homebuilding can extend far beyond construction. It can spark hope, support local families, and strengthen the communities we serve.

Honoring Lifestyle Excellence at Seven Pines

Alongside our partners at David Weekley Homes, Seven Pines in Jacksonville received a Silver Award for Best Lifestyle Program for a Community. The vision for the Seven Pines lifestyle program has always been simple. Build belonging from the first day. Create experiences that help neighbors connect. Honor the land’s legacy while shaping new traditions.

Residents enjoy a full calendar of activities, from family friendly BYOB Bingo and cupcake decorating to art nights, yoga, mixers, and live music. Engagement remains strong throughout the year, with hundreds of registrations each month and newsletter open rates that regularly exceed seventy five percent.

The signature Pine-o-neer Day tradition brings the community together each fall and pays tribute to the family gatherings once held on this historic land. It is a celebration of connection, memory, and the shared pride that makes Seven Pines feel like home.

Looking Ahead to the Gold Awards

Being named a Silver Award winner at The Nationals is an honor in itself. It affirms the passion, purpose, and care our teams pour into every initiative. It also means both entries now move forward as finalists for the Gold Award in their respective categories.

We are grateful for the recognition and excited to celebrate with fellow industry leaders at the ceremony in February.
